Nanci Wright

Nanci Wright started Wright-Way Cleaning Service in 1982 cleaning homes and commercial properties. In 1984 she began leasing and managing the properties that she cleaning. Soon after, as the need arose, she discovered that it was much more efficient to perform the maintenance needs of the properties with an in-house crew. Business grew quickly and in 1985 the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce named her Entrepreneur of the Year. Nanci was also very active in the community and worked with groups such as the Chamber, the Tyler Leadership Council and the Tyler Apartment Association.

By 1998 Nanci had built Wright-Way into a large and successful organization that managed thousands of units throughout Texas, employed nearly 100 individuals and owned several subsidiaries. With both her sons grown and out of the house and her newly discovered love for RVing, Nanci decided it was time for a change. So she sold nearly all of her investments and subsidiaries, leaving only the original cleaning company, which she sold to her youngest son, Rudy.

It wasn’t long before the workaholic in her couldn’t contain itself and she realized it was time to get back to work. Coincidently, it was at that same time the Real Estate division of Wright-Way had grown to the point of needing to add to its staff. So, in 2003, Nanci rejoined the Wright-Way family to head up its investment sales and regional property management supervision, a position she still enjoys today.

When not working Nanci enjoys spending time with her husband, Woody, and spoiling her 5 beautiful grandchildren. 

Nanci is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, Certified Apartment Property Supervisor, Certified Property Manager, Accredited Buyers Representative, and a Graduate, Realtors Institute.
