The Wright-Way story begins in the troubled economic times of 1982, when founder, Nanci Wright lost her job. Needing to provide for her family, and not being the type to sit around, she opened the Maid Service and began cleaning homes and businesses. The business quickly grew and within a year her husband, Woody Wright, left his job and came to work doing small repair and painting jobs for what is now the Maintenance division. By 1984, Nanci had branched out into managing properties for what is now our Real Estate division.
Sometime in the early nineties Nanci's youngest son, Rudy Wright, who inherited all of his mother's zeal, began working for the company doing anything they would let him do. In 1999, Nanci & Woody decided to shift their focus to other adventures and sold most of the company and it's investments. Rudy and his wife, Yvonne Wright, couldn't bear the thought of seeing Wright-Way shut its doors and so they made the decision to take out a small business loan and purchase what was left of the company. Now, three decades later, Wright-Way has grown into a multi-service firm providing services involving all facets of Real Estate.
